Teams, roles, and shared drafts

Create a team and add other users to it as admin, editor, or viewer. File any draft under that team and everyone in it sees the same note, with access that follows their role - editors can write, viewers can read.

Prefer to work with just one person instead of a whole team? Share a single draft directly with them (view-only or editable), or let them find the note's link and request access with one click - you approve or decline it right from the draft.

Live, not just shared

Once someone has edit access - through a team, a direct share, or an accepted request - they can write in the same draft with you at the same time. Changes sync live between everyone editing, the same way a shared document does, on top of the normal autosave that already keeps every draft backed up.
